Commercial Agency and Trade Name
The Kuwaiti law guarantees the principle of freedom of trade and discussion and preserves the rights of the exclusive commercial agency owner by making a precautionary reservation to all ports in the State of Kuwait at the General Administration of Kuwaiti Customs by requiring them not to enter any product or goods bearing the trade name (trade mark) except with the approval of the trade name holder.
