Rights and duties of management personnel
Article 116
(A) The staff of the Department, while performing their duties, shall be considered judicial officers within the limits of their competences. (B) The staff of the Department shall, upon their appointment, be given a card proving the nature of their work. (C) Employees of the Department shall wear uniforms assigned to them during the course of their work if the nature of their work so requires.
Article 117
Civilian, military, and internal security forces shall provide the staff of the Department with all assistance to carry out their work upon request, and the Department shall cooperate with other official bodies.
Article 118
Customs officers who are required to do so shall be allowed to carry arms. Such officials shall be determined by a decision of the Minister or the competent authority.
Article 119
Each employee of the Department whose services are terminated for any reason whatsoever, shall return what he has entrusted to the Department.
Article 120
The incentives and allowances granted to customs officers according to the nature of their work shall be determined by a decision of the Minister or the competent authority upon the proposal of the Director General.
