Service fees
Article 107
Goods placed in the yards and warehouses of the Customs Department shall be subject to storage and handling fees, insurance and other services required by the process of storing and inspecting the goods in accordance with the prescribed rates. In no case shall the storage fee exceed half the estimated value of the goods. In case of warehouse management by other entities, such authorities shall collect such fees in accordance with the provisions and rates prescribed in this regard. B – Goods may be subject to the fees of stacking, sealing, analysis and all services provided to it. The services and fees mentioned in this Article and the conditions of their fulfillment shall be determined by a decision issued by the Minister or the competent authority.

رسوم الخدمات
المادة رقم 107
أ- تخضع البضائع التي توضع في الساحات والمستودعات التابعة للدائرة الجمركية لرسوم التخزين والمناولة وللتأمين والخدمات الأخرى التي تقتضيها عملية تخزين البضائع ومعاينتها وفقا للمعدلات المقررة، ولا يجوز بأي حال من الأحوال أن يتجاوز رسم التخزين نصف القيمة المقدرة للبضاعة. وفي حالة إدارة المستودعات من قبل جهات أخرى فتستوفي تلك الجهات هذه الرسوم وفق النصوص والمعدلات المقررة بهذا الشأن. ب- يجوز إخضاع البضائع لرسوم الترصيص والختم والتحليل وجميع ما يقدم لها من خدمات. ج- تحدد الخدمات والرسوم الواردة في هذه المادة وشروط استيفائها بموجب قرار يصدره الوزير أو الجهة المختصة.
